Machine Configuration

The Machine configuration management tool allows you to setup details about your machine.

Machine profiles can be downloaded from the download option in the top right corner, and you can create new blank profiles with the + icon at the top.

The top set of details, such as Name, Manufacturer Width and Height in this form are just informational.

They do not impact the actual profile and are just there to help in the event you have two similar machines with different profiles.

Acceleration is used for the Toolpath Time Summary.

These values are provided by the machine supplier.

Associated Post Processor is the main focus here, and you want to have a suitable Post Processor selected here to use when saving your toolpaths into a suitable format for your CNC machines controller.
