Some 3rd Parties offer Vectric .pp Post Processor files.
When these are installed in the software, small errors can be included.
Any major errors will be picked up by the install process.
It is recommended that you install a 3rd Party .pp file using the "Install Post Processor" option under the Machine menu.
For Version 10 software this was under the Toolpath menu instead.
Older software did not have the Install Post Processor option and could only use the Manual Method mentioned below.
If you bypassed the installer and manually installed the Post Processor file into the My_PostP folder, the software will attempt to identify issues as it loads and will raise a warning if there are some common errors.
Common errors include having 2 Post Processors with the same name.
To resolve an issue like this, you would need to go to the My_PostP folder and delete one of the Post Processors that use that name, or edit one of the Post Processors to change the Post_Name:
You can access the My_PostP folder via the software, File menu - Open Application Data Folder
The direct folder address is: C:\ProgramData\Vectric\Aspire\V12.5\My_PostP
(This example is for Aspire V12.5)
