This error is encountered when installing the software, usually from a media pack, and that installation medium is damaged.
If this is from a USB drive you received with your machine from an OEM purchase then please send us a clear photo of the Username and Licence code information from the inside of the case to support and we will manually register the software for you so that it can be redownloaded from our customer portal system.
If you have already registered the software previously in the past, then please go to your existing customer portal account to download the latest installer for your software.
