This error is often related to your computer's graphics hardware or settings, such as disabled hardware acceleration, outdated graphics drivers, or an unsupported GPU.
For the EasyCreate site to display the 3D Content, the Web browser must be able to support and run WebGL 2.0
Most modern browsers support this standard, such as Chrome.
In some cases, like Safari, they do support it but it is disabled and needs to be enabled in the Browser Settings.
In all cases, your GPU would also need to support this standard. Check that you have a supported GPU for this with a Google search.
For example if you have an Intel UHD 620 GPU, you would search: Does Intel UHD620 support webgl 2.0
Next make sure you have the latest GPU drivers from the manufacturers website (Not from Windows Update).
Once you have reinstalled any drivers, make sure to do a full restart of your PC.
